CA350XG-2: 350 Amp Expansion Gap and Joint Kit Assembly

The CA350XG-2 kit is compatible with applications rated for 350 Amps. This kit includes two additional power feeds and a single jumper cable to successfully bridge the gap electrically. To provide power beyond the expansion gap, tandem collectors are required

If you have a steel system, we recommend placing the kit every 150 feet. For copper systems, place each kit every 100 feet.

The CA350XG-2 will be able to accommodate up to an expansion gap of 2". The gap should be set based on the bar temperature e.g., a bar with a temperature of 60°F should have gaps placed at a distance of 1 inch.
